Refund & Cancellation Policy

How appointments, prepaid packages, cancellations and refunds work at our clinics.

This policy explains how appointments, payments, packages and refunds are handled at Aesthetic Derm Clinic (South Delhi) and ORRA Aesthetic Clinic (West Delhi).

Appointments & rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment, so we can offer the slot to other patients. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future priority booking.

Consultation fees

Where a consultation fee applies, it is generally non-refundable as it covers professional assessment time. It may, at our discretion, be adjusted against a treatment booked soon after.

Treatment & package payments

  • Single treatments are payable at the clinic before or on the day of the procedure.
  • Prepaid packages and multi-session plans are personal to you, non-transferable, and must be used within any validity period communicated at purchase.
  • Once a package has begun, paid sessions are generally non-refundable. Unused sessions may, at our discretion, be adjusted against other treatments.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved at our discretion (for example, if a treatment cannot be provided for medical reasons), it is processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period. Consumables, products and completed services are not refundable.
